Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description*** Technically coordinate projects across all phases (Feasibility Studies, Functional Design, Preliminary Design, and Detailed Design); * Monitor schedules and timelines, implementing actions to ensure timely delivery; * Ensure compliance with quality procedures and application of quality and BIM workflows during production; * Stay updated on technical regulations and guidelines relevant to the field of work; * Apply value engineering concepts, seeking best practices and solutions jointly with production and estimating teams; * Promote effective communication among design, production, managers, and other departments, aligning expectations and deliverables; * Organize and lead alignment and project progress meetings; * Maintain close client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual scope expectations; * Integrate and coordinate interdisciplinary projects, ensuring optimization and coherence in technical decisions; * Monitor production with support from the Projects Department’s dashboards; * Provide technical guidance and supervision to internal teams and third parties, as required; * Support contract administration by identifying rework, flagging risks, issues, and opportunities for claims and contract amendments. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in managing and/or coordinating road or railway infrastructure projects; * Basic knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and BIM (preferred); * Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and/or ProjectWise (PW); * Basic English proficiency for reading and conversation. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work starts with a great environment.
