If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your responsibilities be?** **Store Operations Supervision:** Monitor and ensure execution of processes related to store organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory management, distribution, inspection, fitting room service, and sales area operations—ensuring compliance with internal procedures, checklists, and company-established standards. **Financial Products and Services Management:** Oversee card transactions and customer data quality, monitoring and training staff on procedures for referral, acquisition, customer service, and document analysis—ensuring correct issuance and validation of customer enrollment agreements. **Service Excellence:** Ensure customer service is delivered with friendliness and efficiency, guiding and training staff to uphold the Caedu quality standard in all interactions. **Cash Handling and Financial Controls Supervision:** Ensure cash register organization, closing, and reconciliation; armored vehicle receipt; and monetary control—guaranteeing accurate data entry into internal systems. **Merchandise Management:** Monitor goods receipt and verification, preventing discrepancies and prioritizing restocking according to sales-area guidelines. **Performance and Goal Tracking:** Monitor store performance indicators and real-time results—analyzing sales, financial products, and inventory. Identify opportunities and implement operational adjustments in partnership with the store manager to achieve targets. **Reporting Control and Analysis:** Prepare and monitor daily reports on sales, income statements (DRE), financial products, goals, and inventory—analyzing data and reporting outcomes to the store manager, ensuring information integrity and preventing inconsistencies. **Market and Competitive Analysis:** Observe competitor actions—including campaigns, window displays, and pricing—and report improvement opportunities to the store manager. **Team Development and Management:** Maintain a trained, motivated, and values-aligned team by conducting meetings, training sessions, and continuous follow-up.
