Job Summary: We are seeking an individual freelance Social Media Manager and Copywriter to manage the personal profile of an educator and financial trader, with a focus on creating authentic and engaging content. In-depth study of the client's personality We are looking for an individual freelance Social Media Manager (agencies are not accepted) to manage the personal profile of a financial market educator and trader. (@ferreira\_trader) Your responsibilities will include: Social Media: \- Manage the profile and keep the posting calendar up to date \- Present new content weekly \- Schedule content and respond to comments/DMs (solely for engagement purposes) \- Deliver weekly/monthly performance dashboards (reach, saves, shares, growth) Copywriter: \- Create high-converting copy — captions, CTAs, Reels hooks, and engaging Stories \- Study how Ferreira thinks and speaks, writing as if you were him \- Provide references to viral financial niche content every week \- Suggest new topics and formats based on current top-performing content Design: \- You DO NOT execute visual assets \- You create the briefing: key message, visual references, and text \- Execution is handled by our in-house designer Ideal Candidate Profile: \- A copywriter at heart — understands that one word changes everything \- Trend-aware — follows viral trends and provides weekly references \- A chameleon — absorbs the client’s personality and replicates it authentically \- Truly proactive — acts before being asked, does not wait for instructions \- Highly organized — schedule is law, not suggestion \- Responsive communicator — replies promptly, never goes silent \- Portfolio in the financial niche required (trading, investing, financial education) What We Offer: \- R$ 2\.500 to R$ 3\.500/month (based on proven experience) \- Remote work, with priority given to this project \- Long-term partnership for candidates who deliver results To apply, please answer: 1\.
