We are seeking a **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** to work at an industry located in **TRÊS COROAS**. **Job Mission:** The professional will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and leading the team during their shift, ensuring compliance with operational routines, internal standards, productivity, discipline, organization, and process quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, organizational ability, agility in decision-making, and flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the team during the shift; * Organize and allocate operational tasks according to demand; * Ensure compliance with internal routines and procedures; * Monitor team productivity, discipline, conduct, and performance; * Support alignment and guidance of team members; * Maintain workplace organization, hygiene, quality, and smooth operations; * Address shift-related incidents and operational needs; * Assist in managing absences, tardiness, shift schedules, and operational movements; * Ensure implementation of management instructions; * Contribute to achieving targets and maintaining company standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team leadership, coordination, or operational supervision; * Organized, responsible, proactive, and communicative profile; * Ability to lead teams firmly, fairly, and with commitment; * Adaptability to dynamic environments and operational demands; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Availability to work weekends. **Company Offers:** * Competitive remuneration; * Comprehensive benefits package.
