Job Summary: The Construction Laborer assists with general tasks in civil construction, supporting masons, carpenters, and other professionals to ensure efficiency on site. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to masons and carpenters 2. Preparation and transportation of construction materials 3. Maintenance of site organization and cleanliness **In this role, you will be responsible for:** Assisting with general civil construction tasks. Providing support so that masons, carpenters, and other professionals can work efficiently. Main responsibilities of a construction laborer on site: **1\. Material Preparation** * Preparing mortar, concrete, and plaster * Mixing cement, sand, gravel, and water as instructed * Transporting materials to the point of use **2\. Transportation and Organization** * Loading bricks, blocks, cement, tools, and equipment * Distributing materials across floors or work fronts * Keeping stock organized **3\. Support to Professionals** * Assisting masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and plumbers * Delivering tools and materials during work * Holding parts or assisting with assembly when required **4\. Site Cleaning and Organization** * Removing debris and waste * Maintaining a safe and organized workplace * Assisting in material sorting **5\. Simple Construction Tasks** Depending on experience, you may assist with tasks such as: * Laying simple blocks or bricks * Digging small trenches * Wetting walls or floors during curing processes **6\. Compliance with Safety Regulations** * + Use of PPE (helmet, gloves, boots, etc.) + Following site safety instructions **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** **1\. Education** * Completed or incomplete elementary education * Ability to read and understand simple instructions is desirable **2\. Professional Experience** * Experience in: * + Civil construction projects + General services + Supporting masons or carpenters * Proven experience documented in employment record book **3\.
