Definition of real estate products based on market studies About the Role We seek a **Senior Real Estate Development Analyst**, who is proactive, dynamic, relationship-oriented, and strategically minded, to participate in the development and monitoring of real estate projects—from initial prospecting and preliminary studies through to structuring and managing all processes required for project launch and development. This professional will play a strategic role at the interface between Product, Projects, Legal Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Budgeting, and Executive Management, contributing to the feasibility, quality, and advancement of projects. Key Responsibilities * Conduct land mass studies, analysis of construction potential, and assessments of urban and legal premises; * Prepare and monitor technical and economic feasibility studies for real estate projects; * Support the structuring of new business opportunities by analyzing technical, urban, and registry documentation; * Coordinate the development workflow for real estate projects with internal departments and external consultants; * Monitor incorporation schedules, approvals, registrations, and other stages of real estate development; * Interface with architects, designers, legal professionals, partner firms, public agencies, and notary offices; * Support the definition of real estate products based on market studies, legislation, technical constraints, and corporate strategy; * Participate in information alignment for project launches; * Organize and manage documentation, checklists, licenses, approvals, and incorporation processes; * Prepare presentations, management reports, and supporting materials for decision-making; * Monitor risks, pending items, and opportunities throughout the project development process, as well as other duties relevant to this position. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning**, or related fields; * Experience developing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects; * Knowledge of urban legislation, approval procedures, real estate incorporation, and technical documentation; * Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with mid- to large-sized real estate developers; * Familiarity with the Goiânia and surrounding region real estate market; * Experience in real estate product development; * Knowledge of incorporation registration processes, condominium bylaws, and launch-related documentation; * Experience with project management tools and performance indicators; * Basic understanding of feasibility analysis and legalization; * Familiarity with the UAU ERP system.
