**Built by people who transform education** **All Arco positions are open to people with disabilities.** Team: **Customer Strategy, Journey and Performance \- School Success Consulting,** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate interpretation for our clients, influencing operational and strategic decisions. * Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and analyses that guide operational priorities, risks, and opportunities. * Critically assess metrics, analyses, and processes—challenging assumptions and proposing improvements. * Support the Customer Success team with reliable analytical inputs for sales funnel monitoring and decision-making. **To participate in our process, you must have:** * Strong critical thinking regarding metrics and business impact, with the ability to anticipate how decisions affect the funnel and operations. * Ability to structure business problems in ambiguous scenarios. * Solid experience with Excel / Google Sheets. * Experience defining, reviewing, and tracking metrics and KPIs. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, combined with a collaborative, autonomous, and fast-learning profile. **Nice-to-haves:** * SQL knowledge. * Experience with CRM and commercial funnels. * Familiarity with B2B or education businesses.
