The person in this role will be primarily responsible for: * Ensuring implementation of the Continuous Improvement program at the unit (based on TPM methodology) * Promoting methodology training for strategic, tactical, and operational audiences * Managing third-party activities (consulting) * Acting as method guardian, auditing and ensuring proper application * Developing and ensuring timely execution of the implementation plan * Promoting integration of pillar practices with the unit’s routine management * Supporting implementation of the Superar Model (Digitalization, standardization of tools and practices) * Ensuring technical governance of the program, facilitating and coordinating program fronts * Supporting development and dissemination of Continuous Improvement culture * Ensuring program sustainability through performance and environmental indicators * Supporting change management **For this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Experience implementing TPM or WCM methodologies * Certification as a TPM instructor or facilitator * Experience working with Continuous Improvement pillars * Strong communication and cross-organizational alignment skills * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Power BI / Performance indicators * Experience in similar Continuous Improvement programs * SAP experience * Willingness to work in Rio Negro/PR **Desirable qualifications:** * Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent methodologies * Postgraduate degree in Production, Quality, or Project Management **.** ----- * Start applying via LinkedIn * * Begin * **Please wait...**
