We are looking for a proactive, communicative, organized individual who enjoys teamwork to join our Construction team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Report budget analyses and variances for Terral Incorporadora and its SPEs, comparing budgeted vs. actual figures to ensure proper monthly reporting to shareholders. * Participate in operational budget monitoring meetings, presenting period results to department managers to ensure appropriate handling of identified variances, quarterly. * Conduct budget revisions (forecast), analyzing and tracking board approvals and system updates to reflect funding adjustments, weekly. * Update the direct cash flow for all ongoing projects with actual data up to the base date, and collect the most realistic assumptions from departments for estimating completion forecasts, monthly. * Calculate financial indicators per project—including Price to PV, IRR, NPV, Maximum Exposure, Profitability, ROI, and ROE—to provide reliable data reporting to the Executive Board and Presidency, monthly. * Register approved sales tables for the current month—authorized by the Executive Board—in the MEGA and Construtor de Vendas systems, updating information to ensure sales are correctly priced, monthly.
