Come digitalize your DNA with us!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implementation and support for Cisco ASA, ISE, Firepower, and Umbrella * Implementation and support for Check Point firewalls * Experience with Palo Alto Solutions * Plan and implement products, architectures, and solutions purchased by customers, supporting the Pre-Sales team in solution design. * Analyze proposals and technical documentation to understand the finalized business scope, flagging potential inconsistencies and/or questions. * Participate in kickoff meetings with the Sales team to discuss solution designs, project management, and implementation. * Attend client meetings at the start of projects to present next steps, phases, and other details of services to be delivered. * Plan project implementations, describing clients’ current and future environments, as well as phases and detailed service execution plans. * Develop tests and prepare project completion documents, detailing implemented solutions to validate deployed environments and build internal reference materials. * Support Pre-Sales and Commercial teams by aligning project timelines and defining architectures for solutions to be commercialized. * Share knowledge with the team, drawing from hands-on project implementation experiences, aiming to establish a consistent internal knowledge base. * Attend professional development trainings, maintaining active vendor certifications and obtaining new ones. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology (in progress or completed) * CCNP Security **Additional Information** * **Benefits for a Vitalent:** * Meal allowance (Pluxee Benefits); * Medical and dental insurance (extendable to dependents); * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * An exclusive Vivo offer with special discounts on landline, broadband, TV, and apps; * A dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment: to keep pace with the market and continue innovating, our rhythm is fast and our learning curve steep.
