




Job Summary: The SDR will serve as the initial link in the sales process, qualifying opportunities and generating strategic appointments for the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect relationship management and CRM administration Objective To conduct the first contact with potential customers in a strategic, consultative, and efficient manner, qualifying opportunities and generating qualified appointments for Consultants. Your mission is to serve as the initial link in the sales process, ensuring that every scheduled meeting/visit holds genuine potential for conversion into a sale. Responsibilities * Qualify leads based on defined criteria; * Record all information and updates in the CRM; * Manage prospect relationships via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media; * Maintain and keep the CRM updated and organized; * Conduct proactive outbound calls and consultative outreach to customer lists; * Identify strategic pain points related to: Financial structure and Access to credit; * Schedule strategic meetings/visits for the sales closing team. Requirements Previous experience as an SDR, Digital Sales Consultant, or Pre-Sales Consultant; Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
