**Job Objective:** Support the sales team in customer service, organizing sales processes, tracking orders, preparing proposals, and updating customer records **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, or in person; * Support the sales team in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and follow\-ups; * Enter and track orders in the system, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with negotiated terms; * Collaborate with departments such as finance and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction; * Resolve post\-sales issues and escalate more complex requests to the responsible department. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in calculations and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and teamwork spirit; * Customer focus and responsiveness in service delivery; * Prior experience in commercial support or sales roles.
