Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong communication skills and ability to interact across different departments. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of UML and process modeling (BPMN). Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Hands-on experience with prototyping (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.). Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture. ### **Main Responsibilities:** Elicit requirements from users iteratively. Document functional and non-functional requirements. Define acceptance criteria for development. Create mockups and prototypes for solution validation. Validate requirements with stakeholders. Support the development team during project execution. Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability. Participate in planning meetings and alignment sessions. Propose continuous improvements to processes and solutions.
