A financial institution is seeking a Recruiter in Mauá.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from jointly defining job profiles with managers to onboarding selected candidates. Promote job opportunities, screen resumes, and conduct interviews, ensuring candidates meet both technical and behavioral requirements. Provide advisory support to managers in developing job profiles, designing attraction strategies, and making hiring decisions. Strengthen the talent pool through continuous prospecting and candidate relationship management. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting activities that reinforce the company’s image as an employer of choice. Administer and analyze behavioral assessments and other evaluation tools, generating metrics to support decision-making. Monitor and report on recruitment and selection KPIs, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Collaborate with the HR department to align documentation, onboarding, and related processes.
Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruitment Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
Bachelor’s degree in progress. Relevant experience required.
