The candidate will be responsible for handling telephone and in-person inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate departments, logging interactions, and supporting front desk administrative routines—ensuring attentive, prompt, and professional service to everyone who contacts or visits us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle telephone, in-person, and message-based inquiries, ensuring friendliness and efficiency; * Route calls and requests to the relevant departments; * Log interactions, organize documents, and process correspondence; * Manage schedules, receive visitors, and provide support for front desk administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Friendly demeanor and aptitude for customer service. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Monthly salary of R$ 1\.686,00; * Meal card (VR) \- R$420,00; * 5% attendance bonus; * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * Health and dental plans with employee contribution; * Discounts on products at the Factory Store; * Banked hours / overtime pay; * Free parking. #### **For over 85 years,** **our story has been built every day with a single purpose: caring for the comfort and quality of life of generations of Brazilians.
