You will join a clinic dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience to customers—from the first contact via phone or Instagram to in-person service. We seek someone who is fully committed, attentive to details, and helps delight everyone who walks through our reception. * Answer calls from the course and clinic, addressing inquiries and guiding customers * Respond to Instagram direct messages promptly and courteously * Greet customers in person during business hours * Offer coffee and ensure a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival * Organize customer files and maintain updated registrations * Process in-person payments * Assist in maintaining an organized reception area and smooth service flow Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience with in-person customer service * Professional personal appearance and demeanor * Proactive, communicative, and organized personality * Proficiency with social media, especially Instagram (Direct) * Availability to work during business hours at the clinic **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a receptionist in clinics, medical offices, or educational institutions * Experience in customer service and closing sales of services * Ability to empathetically interact with diverse customer profiles * Basic cash-handling knowledge, payment processing, and customer file organization Benefits We value a light-hearted, organized environment focused on positive relationships with customers and team members.
