




QUALITY COORDINATOR Location: Head Office – Jaú/SP Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with sanitary, legal, and food safety standards; * Implement and monitor quality and traceability standards; * Conduct internal and external audits (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, and customer audits); * Manage performance indicators and corrective action plans; * Develop and train the quality and production team. * Coordinate training schedules for GMP, PSO, Hygiene, Hygienic Habits, and Work Instructions. Requirements: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; experience in the food industry; knowledge of ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, 5S, and self-control programs. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
