We are present throughout the country and offer solutions that connect the entire citizen health care network through flexible, portable, and secure software, to compose a much more integrated and intelligent management. **Responsibilities and attributes*** Perform project scope definition considering schedule, people, and cost control based on alignments with clients; * Ensure that the implementation schedule is executed within the established deadline; * Define productivity goals for teams; * Conduct project scope definition meetings and requirements gathering with clients; * Plan, monitor, and control project activities, maximizing the established cash flow, considering the planning of critical stages and ensuring sufficient resources for the continuity of project development, seeking to optimize the use of company resources; * Act as the key contact for the client and be the focal point for internal forwarding of issues related to the project, building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, communicating\-effectively with all interested parties; * Perform interlocution and integration with the parties involved to adjust project needs and constraints; * Elaborate and keep updated the Project Management Plans; * Evaluate and monitor project progress, acting proactively and preventively to avoid or mitigate risks; * Organize Kick\-offs and other alignment rituals, ensuring communication between teams; * Record work results, feeding area indicators; **Requirements and qualifications** * + Complete higher education in Administration, Systems Analysis, IT Management, Engineering or related fields; + Reside in **São Paulo (SP);** + Driver's License B and availability for travel; + Knowledge of project management tools (PMBOK); + Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in **health** sector projects, will be a great differential. **Additional information** ### * **This hiring will be done under CLT modality, by a Celk partner company** **Partner benefits:** Meal voucher (R$ 34.30 per business day, with a 20% discount on the granted benefit); Health Insurance (Bradesco with 20% co-participation); Amil Dental Assistance (no discount); Life Insurance; Private Pension (1% salary contribution, funded by the company); Pharmacy Agreement; Wellhub or Totalpass; Childcare assistance (when eligible); Educational assistance; Scholarships, according to internal policy. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) Remote work: no fixed workplace, will work **on-site** at clients in different regions, and when not at any client will be in **home office** With 16 years of market experience, Celk Sistemas delivers specialized services, such as technology, consulting, training, and technical support for the public health sector.
