Work with legacy systems and modern technologies **Salary: To be discussed — this is a new position; we will evaluate each candidate's profile and experience.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop new modules for the company's logistics system and improve system performance; * Enhance or refactor existing modules in the company's logistics system; * Fix bugs and errors; * Implement sound software engineering practices in code, including unit testing, clean code, documentation, and structured design; * Migrate code from VB6 to C\#; * Implement system security mechanisms; * Integrate the system with Power BI for analytical reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (preferred); * Proven experience documented via employment records, projects, or other verifiable engagements; * Experience working with legacy systems and migrating them to modern technologies; * Commitment and accountability; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. **Working Hours: \| 44 hours per week, on-site.** * Schedule to be determined; this position is 100% on-site. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day, deposited into the employee's bank account along with salary; * Transportation Allowance: Deposited into the employee's bank account along with salary; * Dental Plan: Available after probation period, at no cost to the employee.
