Interface between senior management and the operations team. Our client is a national metallurgical company specializing in automation and modulation of "industrial" and "hospital" environments. We seek a professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on public tenders and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include: * Daily supervision and guidance of the production team, ensuring quality and delivery schedule targets are met; * Continuous monitoring of production goals and KPIs, ensuring their achievement and directing corrective actions as needed; * Supporting PCP activities to prevent shortages of raw materials or components; * Serving as the interface between senior management and the operations team, ensuring alignment between strategic directives and operational activities. Desirable Qualifications: \- Prior experience in this role or related field; \- Experience in general metallurgical processes; \- Hands-on, practical profile.
