RH & Ação is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent development services. Its focus is to help organizations optimize their people management and foster a more efficient workplace. **Responsibilities:** Lead, guide, and motivate the production team; assign tasks. Manage staffing schedules and ensure efficient personnel allocation. Supervise production flow, as well as receipt of raw materials and finished products. Ensure availability of process sheets, templates, test fixtures, supplies, and raw materials. Monitor the production schedule; monitor machine and process performance to guarantee operational continuity. Define performance targets. Provide feedback, train, and develop employees. Ensure adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines, guaranteeing that products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions. Monitor production metrics; maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
