Responsibilities: As a ***Gelato Production Assistant***, you will ***actively participate in the creation process of gelatos*** that are popular among our customers. ***Your responsibilities include:*** ✔ Execute artisanal gelato production, following franchise recipes; ✔ Maintain hygiene awareness when handling products and ingredients during gelato production; ✔ Keep the workspace clean from opening until closing, including cleaning production machinery and all utensils used; ✔ Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and raw materials for production; ✔ Label product expiration dates and track their validity periods; ✔ Follow safety standards when entering the cold room, using PPE provided by the company; ✔ Maintain careful and standardized usage of ingredients, raw materials, workspace, and sanitation procedures. ✔ Prepare all display tubs with gelato for the showcase; ✔ Clean the grease trap daily, following the daily checklist.
