Description

Job Summary: Technical professional in electricity or electrotechnology, focused on machine safety systems, interpretation of electrical schematics, and installation of safety devices. Key Highlights: 1. Working with machine safety systems and components. 2. Experience in reading and creating industrial electrical schematics. 3. Installation and testing of safety devices. **Technical Requirements** * Technical education in Electricity or Electrotechnology, including an Industrial Electrician course (SENAI or equivalent) and a valid NR-10 certification. * Applied knowledge of NR-12, with focus on machine safety systems, including understanding of safety categories for components (safety relays, sensors, interlock devices, safety locks, and two-hand controls). * Proven experience in reading, interpreting, and creating industrial electrical schematics, as well as assembling and adapting electrical panels, including safety circuits. * Hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and testing safety devices, such as: light curtains and optoelectronic safety sensors; dual-channel emergency stop buttons; interlocked safety switches. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in risk analysis of machines and equipment, fault diagnosis, and validation of safety systems. * Knowledge of industrial automation, including integration of safety signals into control systems using platforms such as Siemens and Rockwell Automation. * Experience or knowledge in programming and parameterization of Safety PLCs, such as Siemens, Omron, Sick, and Banner, for functional integration of the safety system with the machine. * Familiarity with ABNT NBR 14153, including concepts of safety categories and reliability of safety-related control systems.
