The company specializes in delivering expert services to optimize business processes. **Responsibilities:** Authorize entry and exit of individuals (residents, visitors, and staff). Identify and register visitors. Verify identification documents when necessary. Receive and guide visitors. Answer intercom and telephone calls. Provide basic information. Receive mail and packages. Log and forward them to the responsible parties. Monitor suspicious activities. Ensure site security. Alert responsible personnel or security teams in case of risk. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Access Controller, Security Receptionist, or Concierge Agent may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this role. High school diploma required.
