Missions/Main Duties: * Manage, consolidate, and update project portfolio reports; * Monitor portfolio execution (status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes); * Develop and track portfolio performance indicators (KPIs); * Design and maintain executive dashboards and management reports; * Support strategic planning processes and project roadmaps; * Ensure standardization of management methodologies and practices. Profile/Skills: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in PMO, with portfolio management expertise; * Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects; prioritizing initiatives and demand management; preparing executive reports and dashboards; * Experience in technology, data, or digital transformation projects; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall); * Experience with management tools (Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar); * Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, data consolidation). **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Experience in a data-, analytics-, or data engineering-focused PMO; * Knowledge of SQL and/or Python; * Data modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing; * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). : **JOIN THE SYSTRA EXPERT TEAM!** **\#SYSTRAOrgulhoEmPertencer \#TimesConectados \#LiderançaAudaciosa \#Excelência**
