If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying alignment with defined project milestones to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Ensure and implement project management methodologies throughout all project phases; * Ensure quality in technical and project management documentation; * Ensure integrity in Master Plan planning; * Ensure integrity regarding safety throughout the entire project; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regional and global Investment teams (Impoundment / ARO); * Ensure integration with all areas involved at Alcoa according to project needs; * Conduct routine project meetings; * Develop and control action plans, applying PDCA across all technical and management aspects of the project; * Monitor and map project risks; * Develop the project’s Total Cost Investment; * Deliver presentations to approval committees at each project phase; * Develop the work plan for each project and contracting scopes; * People and Process Management; * Manage the Project Portfolio aligned with business strategy and monthly targets for execution of the Annual Project Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of FEL methodology; * Primavera P6 \- Advanced; * MS Project \- Advanced; * Office Suite \- Advanced; * Experience in Mining Portfolio Management; * Availability for **onsite work in Juruti/PA**, without field breaks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Project Management; * Power BI \- Advanced; * PMP / PMI certification; * English \- Intermediate. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office \- Onsite (No field breaks); * Work Location: 8 AM to 5 PM; * Working Hours: Juruti/PA. **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * TotalPass partnership; Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
