We're hiring a warm, articulate team member to call our patients and welcome new ones — you'll be the friendly, professional voice of our clinic. What you'll do * Call patients — outreach, scheduling, and follow\-up * Welcome and onboard new patients * Keep things organized and patients cared for You must have * C1\-level spoken English — clear, natural, and confident on the phone. (Strict requirement — this role is all about how you sound with patients.) * Experience on patient or customer phone calls * A warm, kind, can\-do attitude * Reliable computer \+ internet; able to work US hours Nice to have: medical\-office / EHR experience, or a sales / patient\-intake background.
