Support for Sales and Operations Routine** * Prepare and consolidate necessary information for the daily production meeting and other planning rituals, ensuring visibility into: planned vs. actual production, order backlog, delay risks, productive capacity constraints, and material availability; * Support PCP coordination and plant management in making operational decisions. **2\. Production Planning and Scheduling** * Conduct ongoing analysis of the order portfolio and translate demand into an executable production plan, considering: line and equipment capacity, setup and mold/color change times, labor availability, and operational constraints. * Ensure appropriate load balancing and proactively anticipate fulfillment risks. **3\. Productive Capacity Management** * Conduct capacity analyses (RCCP – Rough Cut Capacity Planning) to identify potential production bottlenecks in advance, supporting actions such as: load redistribution among lines, adjustments to production sequencing, evaluation of outsourcing needs, and review of operational lead times. **4\. Order Portfolio and Service Level Management** Monitor order portfolio fulfillment and proactively identify delay risks, promoting alignment among production, logistics, and customer service to guarantee agreed service levels. **5\. Operational KPI Management** * Monitor and report KPIs related to production planning and execution, such as: adherence to production plan, OTIF / service level, order backlog, scheduling efficiency, and capacity utilization. * Propose improvement actions to enhance operational predictability and stability. **6\. Interface with Operational Departments** * Serve as the liaison between planning, production, logistics, and commercial areas, ensuring reliable information flow and supporting short-term decision-making. **7\.
