Support for Sales and Operations Routine** * Prepare and consolidate necessary information for the daily production meeting and other planning rituals, ensuring visibility into: planned vs. actual production, order backlog, delay risks, productive capacity constraints, and material availability; * Support PCP coordination and plant management in making operational decisions. **2\. Production Planning and Scheduling** * Conduct ongoing analysis of the order portfolio and translate demand into an executable production plan, considering: line and equipment capacity, setup and mold/color change times, labor availability, and operational constraints. * Ensure appropriate load balancing and proactively anticipate fulfillment risks. **3\. Productive Capacity Management** * Conduct capacity analyses (RCCP – Rough Cut Capacity Planning) to identify potential production bottlenecks in advance, supporting actions such as: load redistribution among lines, adjustments to production sequencing, evaluation of outsourcing needs, and review of operational lead times. **4\. Order Portfolio and Service Level Management** Monitor order portfolio fulfillment and proactively identify delay risks, promoting alignment among production, logistics, and customer service to guarantee agreed service levels. **5\. Operational KPI Management** * Monitor and report KPIs related to production planning and execution, such as: adherence to production plan, OTIF / service level, order backlog, scheduling efficiency, and capacity utilization. * Propose improvement actions to enhance operational predictability and stability. **6\. Interface with Operational Departments** * Serve as the liaison between planning, production, logistics, and commercial areas, ensuring reliable information flow and supporting short-term decision-making. **7\. Continuous Improvement of Planning Processes** * Support improvement initiatives for production planning and scheduling processes, including: parameter reviews, improvements in data accuracy, enhancement of routines, and increased operational predictability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Excel proficiency. * Protheus knowledge — desirable. * Intermediate English. * Intermediate Spanish. * Experience in PCP within an industrial environment is a plus. * Experience in productive capacity analysis. * Familiarity with S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) / short-term planning routines. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gym, pharmacy, and optical store partnerships * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Allowance or free on-site parking Our family provides innovative plastic packaging solutions and has been internationally successful in this field for over 60 years.
