Main Responsibilities: * Conduct active prospecting for new clients; * Assist in mapping and qualifying leads; * Confirm appointments and set up virtual meeting rooms; * Maintain updated information in the CRM; * Generate weekly reports for senior management. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in marketing, commercial management, or related fields currently in progress is desirable); * Preferably reside in the Limeira\-SP region; * Prior experience in customer service, prospecting, or telemarketing is desirable; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and commitment; * Basic computer literacy; * Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
