Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and painting metallic and non-metallic surfaces, following blueprints and instructions to ensure high-quality finishing applications. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and painting of various surfaces 2. Reading and interpretation of blueprints and instructions 3. Preparation of construction sites and surfaces for painting Responsibilities: * Preparing metallic and non-metallic surfaces for painting; * Reading blueprints and instructions to determine the type and amount of work required; * Preparing construction sites by installing scaffolding and protective equipment; * Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint; * Filling cracks and holes with appropriate materials, such as plaster; * Mixing paints and other materials to achieve desired color or texture; * Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes on surfaces using various tools. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education.
