Every day brings an opportunity to do something new — and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to incidents in assigned areas per requests from the central control panel operator, aiming to ensure equipment operational continuity; * Measure silos containing flour, clinker, cement, and coke, following defined procedures and frequencies; * Maintain field cleanliness, guiding third-party teams on operational priorities and equipment cleaning; * Verify raw material levels in silos and trigger replenishment when necessary, according to established standards; * Collect final and in-process product samples per Quality instructions, and forward them to the laboratory for analysis to monitor and ensure product quality; * Inspect production process flow and implement corrective actions for any anomalies; * Clean transfer chutes, mill inlets, and peripherals, contributing to correct equipment operational functionality; * Inform the control panel operator about equipment conditions and any anomalies identified, enabling corrective actions; * Operate the boiler when required, complying with operational and safety standards; * Clean the furnace smoke box, adhering to operational and safety standards to ensure process continuity; * Comply with VCPS Production Pillar processes and guidelines; * Support maintenance activities during incident resolution; * Assist the Central Control Panel operator in completing Anomaly Analyses by providing information gathered onsite; * Load ground coke for dispatch; * Perform mill recharging; * Clean mill grates; * Hand over shift incidents to the next shift colleague; * Serve as guardian of the VCPS Production Pillar **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Desirable Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or electro-technical fields. **Additional Information** OUR BENEFITS Our ***\#Health\_and\_Safety*** principle underpins ***Our Way of Being***.
