Job Summary: Logistics operations manager responsible for coordinating drivers, vehicles, and branches, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Close customer relationship **Responsibilities:** *Driver and Vehicle Management:* Coordinate truck and driver operations, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and routes; *Risk Management:* Supervise operational safety and ensure compliance with all risk management measures, including tracking systems and security protocols. Branch and Customer Relationship: Manage the regional branch while maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction. *Vehicle Maintenance and Appearance:* Ensure vehicles are in good visual and operational condition, conveying a positive image to customers. *Operational Performance Indicators (OTIF):* Monitor and maintain key operational performance indicators, focusing on OTIF (On Time In Full), to guarantee delivery excellence and service quality. Maintenance of Reports and Indicators: Prepare and update operational reports in Excel accurately and promptly. **Requirements:** **Prior experience in operational management within logistics or transportation.** Advanced Excel proficiency. \- Relevant educational background (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). Knowledge and experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Familiarity with risk management practices and their applications. Ability to conduct vehicle safety checklists and monitor tracking systems. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to meet operational demands.
