Job Summary: Operational Assistant for loading and unloading, sorting, scanning, and labeling products; requires completion of elementary education. Key Highlights: 1. Contract Type: Intermittent / CLT \- Registered in employment record; work is based on call-outs and payment is made per day worked, according to client demand. (There is no fixed number of working days; you will be paid only for days actually worked.) Payments for days worked are processed on the 5th and 20th of each month via bank deposit into an ITAÚ account. (If you do not have one, we provide a letter for opening a salary account.) How it works: After completing the entire onboarding process, signing the contract, collecting PPE, and finishing orientation, you will be added to a WhatsApp group where the Operations Team informs you about client demand and issues your work call-out.) Daily rate (Monday to Saturday): BRL 110.00 (gross, inclusive of transportation allowance). Daily rate (Sunday / Public Holiday): BRL 198.00 (gross, inclusive of transportation allowance).
