Responsibilities: The Apprentice will rotate through two tracks (administrative and retail), according to activities available at the branch. Retail Activities * Greet customers courteously; * Promptly inform the supervisor about refusals to present credentials; * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Identify whether customers are credentialed; * Inform customers about parking procedures and rules; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots; Administrative Activities * Populate databases; * Serve suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information about products and services; * Archive documents, classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation; * Assist in organizing documents and files; * Perform tasks related to the creation and maintenance of archives, including retrieving and preserving information digitally, magnetically, or on paper; * Organize documents and information; * Organize information and plan daily work; * Guide users and assist them in retrieving data and information; * Procure materials and incorporate them into the collection; * Receive and provide support services to customers; * Handle telephone inquiries and provide information; * Process various types of documents, following all necessary procedures according to the relevant department. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in high school; * Age: 18 to 21 years and 11 months; * Availability to work during morning and afternoon shifts.
