Job Summary: Professional to perform maintenance and conservation on road systems, involving plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and other general activities, in compliance with safety standards and company values. Key Highlights: 1. Perform maintenance and conservation on road and building infrastructure. 2. Work with plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and other construction activities. 3. Focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Perform general maintenance and conservation services on assets belonging to the road system, including recovery and implementation of building maintenance elements, involving plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and compliance with all company-established standards. Act in accordance with organizational values. **Responsibilities and Duties** Inspect equipment conditions before starting activities; Use personal and collective protective equipment provided by the company and indicated for the activity; Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance (adjustments, replacement of cutting devices, refueling), always observing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards; Observe possible obstacles on building premises, such as slopes, holes, solid materials, and other fragments that may cause accidents or damage equipment; Pay attention during operations to the approach of people or animals within the unsafe distance radius to prevent contact with cutting material or objects that may be ejected; Maintain a safe distance from colleagues while performing duties to avoid possible accidents; Carry out construction work in masonry, concrete, and other materials; Specify and calculate materials required for the project; Perform minor erosion repairs, install gutters inside and outside platforms, fabricate collection tank covers and boxes, grates, plastering, masonry, and repair/replacement of pipes. Perform maintenance on bus stops, footbridges, and monuments; Repair and/or maintain fences; Perform pothole repairs on building perimeters during rainy periods and/or whenever necessary; Assist in hitching and unhitching of implements; Perform material handling, transport non-hazardous solid waste, collect and deliver general cargo; Perform and maintain team vehicle cleaning, and assemble/disassemble living areas; Load trucks with materials and tools required for signage services, and assist in unloading and organizing materials in the warehouse; Occasional use of welding equipment. Occasionally assist with other engineering services; Participate in the Daily Safety Dialogue, contributing relevant topics for your team and other participating teams; Occasionally apply herbicides on paved areas, provided you are trained for this activity; Immediately report any workplace accidents occurring at service fronts to your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completion of Elementary School preferred; **EXPERIENCE** * Experience preferred as general services assistant, metalworking assistant, official, or laborer; **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Mandatory NR’s 12, 18, and 35\. * Driver's license category B preferred. **SKILLS** * Results-oriented; * Owner’s mindset; * Teamwork; * Safety and Operational Efficiency; * Ethical behavior; **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Marília/SP * Administrative shift **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
