Monitor vital signs and perform basic nursing procedures **Position: Nursing Assistant** **Day shift** **General Description:** The Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing nursing care to patients of the institution, assisting with daily activities such as feeding, personal hygiene, comfort, and well-being. The role also includes performing tasks related to basic healthcare, always under the supervision of nurses and physicians. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist patients with daily activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility. * Perform cleaning and organization of the care environment. * Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety. * Perform basic nursing procedures according to medical and nursing instructions. * Assist in transporting patients within the facility. * Maintain patient hygiene and safety. * Report any changes in patients' health status to supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing Assistant training and active COREN registration. * Experience in nursing, particularly in hospital settings or patient care. * Basic knowledge of nursing techniques and healthcare protocols. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with patients. * Proactive, responsible, and committed attitude toward patient well-being. **Schedule and Benefits:** * **Schedule:** Covering vacations with monthly flexibility between day and night shifts. 12x36 rotating shift schedule. * **Salary:** R$2.375 per month + hazard pay. * **Benefits:** R$300 food allowance, transportation allowance. * **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract.
