We are seeking a proactive **Mechanical Engineer Trainee**, eager to develop technical expertise and grow within the equipment maintenance and management field. The professional will have the opportunity to work directly with technical teams, gaining practical experience and developing strategic insight into equipment operation and performance. ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:15 ### **Compensation:** * Salary: **R$ 8\.000,00** * Performance bonus ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes for equipment * Monitor technical diagnostics and failure analysis * Assist in controlling and managing performance indicators * Provide support for technical assistance routines * Participate in operational improvements and process optimization * Conduct on-site technical follow-up when required ### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering * Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance or general mechanics * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Analytical, organized profile with eagerness to learn * Willingness to work on-site ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience (internship or projects) in maintenance * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics * Experience with civil construction equipment * Driver's license category B ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Organization * Teamwork * Strong communication skills * Sense of responsibility * Focus on continuous development ### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance **or** fuel subsidy * On-site meal * Dental plan If you seek to join a solid, market-established company that values professionals committed to excellence, this opportunity is for you.
