We are seeking a Machine Operator for Thermoforming to join a renowned national company in the plastic solutions sector, located in Mairiporã/SP. **Key responsibilities:** · Operate thermoforming machines; · Set up, feed, and monitor machine operation; · Measure and verify process temperatures; · Install and replace molds; · Inspect outgoing parts, evaluating shrinkage and quality; · Ensure smooth production process operation, adhering to safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** · Prior experience operating industrial machinery (thermoforming-specific experience is not required); · Easy access to the Terra Preta region – Mairiporã/SP; · Availability for the stated working hours. **Behavioral competencies:** · Ability to work in a team; · Proactivity and initiative; · Good communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on tasks. **Compensation and benefits:** · Salary: R$ 2.400,00 · Cost-of-living allowance: R$ 200,00 · Transportation voucher; · Annual Profit and Results Sharing (PLR). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 9:18 PM, with a 1-hour break.
