Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities:** * Manage performance metrics and the Loss Prevention team, including staff scheduling; * Guide and coordinate teams in loss prevention activities; ensure technical proficiency in shrinkage concepts; * Understand shrinkage systems and develop action plans; * Prepare and analyze periodic reports; verify that prevention procedures for high-risk products are correctly implemented, and advise staff on potential shrinkage risks; review the previous day’s CCTV incident report; * Generate shrinkage reports from the system; develop actions to reduce shrinkage; * Conduct temperature measurements and monitor fluctuations; * Be present during receipt and verification of goods arriving from suppliers or distribution centers (DCs); perform tests on store alarm systems and arrange maintenance whenever necessary; * Request service tickets through the receiving team when discrepancies are identified; * Monitor product disposal based on internal product movement data; Prior experience in Internal Audit and Loss Prevention required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School **Age Requirement:** Minimum 18 years old **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Assaí Shopping Voucher On-site meal allowance Extended Maternity Leave Transportation Allowance Partnerships with Wellhub fitness centers Career Development Program And much more!
