Come be Strong, come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * KPI Monitoring and Management Collect, update, and monitor operational indicators related to trip scheduling, deliveries, and fleet performance. Analyze metrics such as on-time delivery rate, vehicle utilization, cycle time, transportation costs, and customer SLAs. Generate periodic management reports for performance tracking and strategic decision-making. Identify indicator deviations and propose corrective actions or continuous improvements. * Route Planning and Scheduling Plan and schedule vehicle routes to meet demand, considering order volume, delivery deadlines, and operational constraints. Use route optimization systems and tools (Excel, ERPs, or TMS) to allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently. Adjust plans in response to unforeseen events (e.g., volume changes, vehicle unavailability). Coordinate daily scheduling and consolidate trips to maximize fleet utilization and reduce costs. * Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement Map and review logistics processes related to movement and transportation. Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for standardization and automation of routines. Propose and track action plans to improve operational flows and reduce rework. * Reporting and Communication Prepare consolidated reports for leadership, including indicators, trends, and actionable recommendations. Present analyses and results in meetings with operations, planning, and internal customer teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, work instructions, and indicator records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Data analysis and operational logic—interpret KPI data and translate them into concrete actions. * Advanced Excel / BI Tools—data extraction, consolidation, and visualization. * Power BI / SQL / Queries / VBA / Python—preferred. * Knowledge of logistics systems (ERP/TMS/WMS)—ability to work with route optimization and fleet planning systems. * Clear and relational communication—interaction with various internal and external departments. * Organization and prioritization—handling multiple concurrent demands and deadlines. * Focus on continuous improvement—proactive, efficiency-oriented mindset **Additional Information** Expected Outcomes in This Role * Updated and reliable operational indicator reports; * Efficient fleet scheduling maximizing fleet utilization and minimizing costs; * Standardized processes reducing errors and rework; * Implemented improvement initiatives delivering positive impact on KPIs; * Alignment among teams and smooth operational execution.
