




Job Summary: A professional responsible for attendance control, mentoring young people, regulatory compliance, institutional representation, communication, and lesson development. Ensuring compliance with regulations and institutional representation Responsibilities and Duties Monitor daily attendance of young people and students, recording absences, justified absences, and medical certificates in official systems or forms on a daily basis. Proactively identify and follow up with absent young people through direct contact to prevent dropout, guide participants, and document interactions. Ensure daily compliance with coexistence and discipline rules in the classroom, such as uniform usage, punctuality, and appropriate behavior. Represent the institution in internal and external activities, safeguarding the institutional environment—both physical and digital—and institutional identity. Communicate relevant information and guidance to apprentices regarding daily educational activities on a daily basis. Plan and develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the educational calendar and curriculum content. Deliver in-person and/or online classes, ensuring implementation of module-specific content on a daily basis. Administer assessments, practical activities, and surveys to monitor the performance of young people and students on a daily basis. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Logistics, or related fields. Prior experience in face-to-face and/or distance education. Knowledge of active learning methodologies. Strong ability to engage with young audiences.
