**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect soiled linen from clinical areas. * Weigh collected linen by department and record data in a dedicated spreadsheet. * Clean and disinfect used materials and the soiled linen transport cart, storing them appropriately at the end of the shift. * Collect waste from hospital/clinic units and deliver it to the temporary waste storage area. * Collect waste collection carts from clinical departments within pre-established timeframes, following applicable instructions and regulations. * Perform terminal cleaning of the soiled linen area according to internal routines. **INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes and patient safety; Use resources (equipment, materials, and facilities) responsibly and safeguard institutional assets, promptly reporting any issues or changes to the immediate supervisor; Fully comply with the Code/Manual of Ethics and the Employee Handbook; Perform other related or inherent duties as described in the respective Occupational Profile for Social Security Purposes and/or as requested by the immediate supervisor; Adhere to Customer Service Excellence guidelines.
