Job Summary: Laser cutting and engraving machine operator responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining the equipment to ensure precision and quality in part production, while supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Operating laser machines for cutting and engraving various materials 2. Interpreting technical drawings and preparing materials 3. Performing basic equipment maintenance and organizing production * Operate laser cutting and engraving machines daily, configuring parameters according to material type (e.g., MDF, acrylic, paper, etc.) to ensure precision and quality of produced parts. * Interpret technical drawings and cutting files before starting production, analyzing dimensions and specifications to ensure final output matches the design. * Prepare materials for cutting according to demand, performing proper adjustments and correct positioning on the machine to avoid waste and ensure efficiency. * Conduct tests and configuration adjustments whenever necessary, calibrating laser power, speed, and focus to achieve optimal finish and prevent defects. * Monitor the cutting and engraving process during operation, observing machine functionality to ensure continuous safety and quality. * Perform periodic basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine, following technical guidelines, to ensure proper operation and extend equipment service life. * Organize and control part production according to work orders to meet deadlines and maintain productive workflow. * Support the production team whenever needed, assisting with finishing, assembly, or part sorting to ensure final project delivery. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
