Job Summary: Responsible for operating laser cutting machines to manufacture enclosures and structures, ensuring precision, optimal raw material utilization, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control of cut parts **Brief Description:** Responsible for operating laser cutting machines to manufacture enclosures, support structures, and LED panel finishes, ensuring part precision, maximum raw material utilization, and compliance with aesthetic and functional quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * **Operation and Setup:** Prepare and operate laser cutting machines (fiber optic or CO2\) for cutting metal sheets (steel, aluminum) or acrylics. * **Technical Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical drawings in CAD/CAM software to execute cutting operations. * **Quality Control:** Inspect cut parts, verifying dimensions, burrs, and surface finish, ensuring precise fitting of LED modules. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform basic machine cleaning, nozzle replacement, focal calibration, and auxiliary gas verification. * **Waste Management:** Organize scrap pieces and ensure proper disposal of materials. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields is a plus * Software: Proficiency in CypCut, CypTub, or similar software.
