Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **About the Role** **Job Objective** Conduct laboratory and field tests focused on technological quality control of pavement construction projects, ensuring that materials and services comply with current technical standards and established quality requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform laboratory and field tests on soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt mixtures in accordance with technical standards. * Carry out sample collection, identification, and preparation. * Operate laboratory equipment and measuring instruments. * Perform technological quality control for pavement and infrastructure projects. * Interpret project drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Record test results, prepare technical reports, and manage test documentation. * Support the technical team in analyzing non-conformities and proposing solutions. * Maintain laboratory organization, equipment preservation, and compliance with safety regulations. **What do we need from you** **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school or technical education (preferably in Building Construction, Highways, Laboratory Technology, or related fields). **Experience:** * Minimum of 6 months in this role or in related activities (experience in technological quality control of road construction projects is desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to interpret project drawings and technical standards. * Knowledge of pavement materials and geotechnical principles. * Proficiency in operating laboratory and field equipment. * Basic understanding of construction quality control. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Commitment and accountability * Teamwork * Clear and concise communication * Initiative and proactivity * Flexibility and adaptability to change * Results-oriented mindset **What's in it for you?** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
