We are looking for a **Junior Procurement Analyst** to support operational procurement routines—including quotations, analyses, and purchase order follow-up—ensuring efficient support to construction sites and contributing to the smooth execution of purchasing activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Order Management** * Support analysis of material and service order portfolios for construction projects. * Receive, analyze, and process material and service purchase requests. * Create quotation maps and forward them to suppliers. * Monitor quotation responses and assist in organizing proposals. **Analysis and Negotiation** * Support proposal equalization under supervision. * Conduct price quotations with suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms (prices, delivery timelines, payment methods). * Conduct supplier negotiations under guidance from more experienced professionals. * Analyze material and service costs to identify cost-reduction opportunities. **Purchase Finalization** * Enter purchase simulations into the system and issue purchase orders/contracts. * Monitor product and service deliveries to ensure they meet scheduled deadlines and expected quality standards. **Operational Follow-up** * Update order and pending items control spreadsheets. * Complete savings spreadsheets according to purchases made. * Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure better conditions and ensure product and service quality. * Support inventory management to guarantee availability of required materials to meet demand. * Prepare procurement activity reports, such as cost, supplier, and inventory reports. * Suggest opportunities to improve procurement processes, focusing on increased efficiency and productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic negotiation knowledge. * Basic understanding of Tax Legislation. * Basic knowledge of simple and compound interest. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles is desirable. * Experience in civil construction companies or construction-site environments is a plus. * Clear communication skills and proactivity. **Additional Information** Benefits that value you! **Meal Voucher or Food Allowance:** BRL 31.80/day (your choice). **Breakfast:** Provided daily at the office. **Amil Health Insurance:** Entry-level plan fully covered at no cost, with no co-payment. **Amil Dental Insurance:** Comprehensive oral health care. **Online Health Services:** Psychologist and nutritionist consultations via Conexa App. **Wiz Concierge:** Full support for scheduling exams and medical appointments. **Mobility Benefit:** Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance. **Birthday Day Off:** One paid day off during your birth month. **Life Insurance:** Security and peace of mind for you and your family. **TotalPass:** Access to gyms and studios across Brazil. **Work Schedule** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **On-site** model, based in **CAMPINAS – SP**.
