Hands-on production operations with a focus on safety and quality. **Job Description:** **Position:** Junior Operator **Location:** Guararema/SP **Job Responsibilities:** Efficiently operate resources on production lines (people, equipment, raw materials, and processes) safely and with quality, ensuring manufacturing objectives (planned volume, efficiency, 5S, shift handovers, loss control, label issuance) and participating in continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, PDCA, Business Problem Solving - BPS, etc). What are we looking for? * High school diploma required; * Computer literacy course (preferred); * Technical/vocational training (preferred); * Minimum 1 year of experience in production processes and machine/equipment operation, plus TPM experience; * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What would be your key responsibilities? * Independently operate and maintain equipment in your area (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor repairs), following operational procedures (ITO, ITH, LOTO map, HACCP, etc.) and standards established through Mars Supply Excellence (MSE), ensuring excellence and timely execution of tasks. * Focus on FMOS-established KPIs (QFS, HSE, losses, etc.). * Monitor and escalate deviations from standards; conduct shift handovers with relevant information. Maintain all records updated and completed per procedures, and actively participate in daily quality and safety briefings. * Support maintenance and/or engineering interventions on the production line, focusing on associate safety, food safety, and operational efficiency. * Train and guide assistants in performing their tasks, ensuring compliance with all Safety Rules, Quality Rules, and Operational Procedures. * Develop One-Point Lessons as a communication tool for new knowledge and improvements, ensuring standardized capture and transfer across all shifts.
