**Work Location: Nossa Senhora da Glória, Sergipe**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Identify customer needs through face-to-face interactions or communication channels, resolve inquiries, address issues of varying complexity, ensure proper customer guidance, and support business continuity;
* Open and close customer service requests via Service Orders (SO), as well as process SO closures for suspended connection inspections, ensuring necessary services remain up to date;
* Assess feasibility of requested services by reviewing existing bills, approving or requesting approval for service delivery according to requirements;
* Call, receive calls from, advise, and negotiate with customers and collection agents, including negotiating debt settlement options in accordance with company-established rules;
* Receive and forward extrajudicial notices to customers as needed, recording required information;
* Receive and forward correspondence and documents, organize, file, type, and update various documents related to the area;
* Support updating contact information in the Customer Portfolio and/or Public Agencies database;
* Drive company vehicles when external service assignments require it, adhering to traffic safety regulations and established norms.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education.
* Preferred: Basic Microsoft Office package;
* Strong communication skills;
* Negotiation ability;
* Knowledge of sanitation — preferred.
