An internal communications professional to manage channels, create content, organize events, support HR, and monitor results.

* Internal Channel Management: Administer and update internal communication channels.
* Content Creation: Manage announcements, awareness campaigns, scripts, and leadership-facing copy.
* Events, initiatives, and promotions: Organize integration events, celebrations (birthdays, commemorative dates), conventions, and engagement activities.
* HR Support: Assist in disseminating HR and Health & Safety content.
* Results Measurement: Monitor communications KPIs.
* Annual Planning: Support development of the strategic endomarketing calendar and manage the department’s budget.
* Internal Consulting: Support managers and directors in drafting sensitive or strategic announcements, ensuring consistency in tone of voice.
* Supplier Management: Lead relationships with suppliers of related materials and services.
Education
Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Preferred Qualification
Prior experience in manufacturing industry and/or distribution centers.
