Monitor agricultural activities including soil preparation, planting, crop management, field development, harvesting, loading, and transportation of sugarcane, verifying adherence to technical recommendations and established procedures. Conduct on-site audits of input usage, as well as management of filter cake, vinasse, and other industrial effluents—from origin through field application. Review reports, records, and operational entries, validating information, gathering evidence, and identifying deviations or improvement opportunities. Prepare audit reports with clear documentation of evidence and any identified deficiencies, providing technical support to managers and executive leadership. Record and track ombudsman requests, as well as handle telephone inquiries related to auditing and the ombudsman function, ensuring proper routing of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy; * Driver’s license Category B; * Availability for flexible working hours, including harvest and off-harvest periods; * Willingness to work in the field and undertake frequent travel. **Technical and Operational Knowledge** * Practical experience with the sugarcane production cycle (planting, crop management, field development, harvesting, and transportation); * Experience in managing and monitoring agricultural activities, including: * Productivity monitoring; * Input usage; * Operation of agricultural equipment; * Field quality control; * Desirable knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards (ISO) and Bonsucro *(preferred qualification)*. **Experience and Competencies** * Experience in internal auditing, agricultural process control, and technical field monitoring; * Ability to analyze and verify data, perform calculations, and prepare audit reports and compliance bulletins; * Analytical, impartial, and ethical profile, with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills for collaboration with field teams and internal departments; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **Employment Terms and Work Schedule** * **Contract type**: Probationary contract, initially for 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days, for a maximum total duration of 90 days. * **Work schedule**: Administrative hours, with flexibility required for fieldwork—subject to scheduling adjustments according to operational demand, especially during harvest season. **At our company, we value the well-being and professional development of our employees.
